Our executive meetings are an opportunity for those interested joining the executive to help manage the club. If you’re interested in joining the executive committee, please attend this meeting.
Our executive has been working hard to provide structure and by providing directors with an area of responsibility. This ensures the heartfelt reward of volunteering is better recognized, and volunteers get the opportunity focus on an area of the club that interests them.
Note: This is not a general meeting for club members to attend, but for those interested in joining the executive committee to help operate the club. If you are interested in one of the following positions, attend this meeting.
We are looking for member nominations to fill following executive positions:
- President – Leads the executive and oversees all operations of the club
- Vice President – Supports the President in leading/overseeing the club
- Treasurer – Manages all financial aspects of the society
- Secretary – Maintains records and supports executive
- Director of Events – Leads the Events Committee, hosts events for GF ATV
- Director of Maintenance – Runs maintenance program, recreation sites & trails
- Director of Projects – Manages all Projects the ATV society is involved with
- Director of Rides – Hosts GF ATV rides and tours throughout the region
Each position is very important, and we require your involvement in regular monthly meetings to keep our team focused and moving forward. Grand Forks ATV has recently subscribed to the Office 365 business platform allowing for collaboration online between members. This is a very powerful tool that can be utilized in different ways. We also realize that not everyone likes online meetings, and not everyone can attend in-person meetings. Thus, we try to mix up our meetings with online and in-person formats, while directors set up their own team, meeting how and when they wish, provided it meets the expectations of the executive.
