I’m planning a ride up Miller Creek Saturday, ready to ride by 10:00 a.m. There might still be snow, but we will try to get to Xenia Lake and the lookout. (The trail to the lookout can get a
little technical). We will get to an old cabin, check out a nice trail that hardly ever gets used and one that hasn’t been used in years. There will be a fire at lunch. The weather is looking better, and the ride will be about 4 hours.
My main goal is to spend about an hour clearing a trail into a mine. We will do this at the end of the ride so people can leave if they are not up to helping or don’t want to wait for the trail to
open. Hope to see you Saturday. If you don’t know where Miller Creek is let me know, we can meet at 9:30 at the Firehall near Hummingbird Bridge on North Fork Road/Granby Rd.
